Cancellation Policy
I am happy to discuss any questions regarding this cancellation policy -- Text: (336) 543 8022 Booking & Cancellation Policy: After booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your treatment/s (normally 50% of the total service amount). Once it’s paid your appointment will be officially scheduled! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call/text AT LEAST 24 hours prior and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing LESS than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.
